This training series takes a look at different ways to address anxiety, stress, and trauma. This four-part series will give you a deep dive into energy medicine/energy psychology and how it can be used to not only address nervous system dysregulation but also how to use specific techniques to support those with complex trauma. This training will have a lot of hands-on practicing and interactivity. Many system involved youth and their families are survivors of interpersonal violence and other traumatic experiences which impact their ability to regulate their nervous systems. Those who work with them often find themselves becoming dysregulated in the process of learning about their client’s experiences. Learn techniques from the fields of energy medicine and energy psychology which providers can teach to youth and families and use themselves to regulate their nervous systems. This training will also provide a background in complex trauma, lay the foundation of energy medicine techniques, and move into the more advanced techniques for use with complex trauma.
