Foster Care Training

This engaging training introduces the theory of emotional intelligence to participants and gives those who are involved in efforts which support system-involved youth an opportunity to explore and better understand emotions to enhance communication, foster empathy, and create a more collaborative and supportive environment. Participants will leave with knowledge and skills that will help them become more effective in the development of emotional intelligence and help them develop a deeper understanding of their own emotions and the emotions of others involved in efforts which support system-involved youth and families.
