This training is for managers of service providers who engage directly with system involved families addressing needed services for continued stability and support. The main points of the training are: Ability to define leadership, Assess challenges in your own effective communication and impact to leadership, Identify three skills used in effective communication, Effective leadership and communication are the foundations of accountability and ability to create effective systems of change for our families and their ability to receive timely supportive services.
