Foster Care Training

The majority of system-involved youth have experienced numerous traumas. Often, the approach is to talk it out or refer the youth to talk therapy. While this is helpful, its essential to address how trauma impacts the body. This advanced course will build off Somatic strategies for trauma survivors and teach participants additional somatic strategies to support trauma survivors. *You do not need to have attended Somatic strategies for trauma survivors previously in order to attend this course.
