Trainer will train on a supervision model that integrates race and differences that will lead to a more effective supervisory process and expose participants to an array of culturally competent approaches to supervision and training. Innovative strategies for skillfully and effectively incorporating issues of culture into supervision will be discussed. Participants will be able to practice the model and get direct feedback around their implementation.
