Foster Care Training

Through this training you will be able to provide a functional definition of Crisis, describe adult-child interactions in the Stress-Conflict Cycle, list the 4 stages of a crisis and behaviors associated with each stage, explain how a cumulative or sudden stressful situation can trigger and then escalate into a crises, state the desired crisis outcomes of Safety, Awareness, and Learning , Describe the importance of self-awareness and how it influences decision-making during crisis and describe how the crisis environment can help and hurt crisis resolution.
