Dr. Natalia Estassi, PsyD – In order to support caregivers in preventing burnout and vicarious trauma, participants will learn the signs that their boundaries might be leaning towards becoming unprofessional or unhealthy, as well as the framework for correcting this unhealthy relationship. This training will include a reflection and review of caregiver motivation, role modeling for clients, self-disclosure and boundaries, as well as a review self-care and preventing burnout.
