Before Covid-19, clinicians had professional distance from the client’s issues. It was not their situation. With Covid-19, however, clinician and client are in similar situations coping with similar hardships. This creates more fatigue and secondary trauma for the clinician. Enlarging their coping toolbox is imperative for the clinician and the clients in this communal pandemic crisis. These mind-body methods add a third dimension to therapy.
