This training is designed to provide participants with an overview of strength based writing that challenges participants to analyze and critique how they write about the populations they serve and its impact. The application of a multicultural lens and anti-racist stance when engaging a diversity of cultures will be addressed. The training includes lecture, small group exercises, discussions and videos/films.
