Service providers attending this training will learn how to capture a shared vision of youth, families, and team to inform case planning. This training will look at basic elements to case plan development from a provider perspective. The training will review how to use the CANS in the planning process with youth and families to develop a shared understanding of the priorities of needs and areas to address. Additional focus will be placed on the ways that a TCOM approach can inform the process to elevate youth and family’s perspectives and needs.
