Service providers attending this training will learn how a shared vision of youth, families, child welfare, and the service team come together to inform case planning. This training will look at basic elements to case plan development. The training will review how the CANS is used in the planning process with youth and families to develop a shared understanding of the priorities of needs and areas to address. Additional focus will be placed on the ways that a TCOM approach can inform the process to elevate youth and family’s perspectives and voice around their needs.
