Foster Care Training

This training is designed for educators, mentors, and youth-service professionals working with youth who often feel disconnected from the way young people think and engage with the world today. With social media and digital access shaping youth perspectives, many young people believe they know more than adults due to their ability to quickly access information. This course creates a space for mutual understanding, cultural and relational competency building, as well as helping adults respect and understand youth perspectives while also helping youth recognize the value of experience, wisdom, and critical thinking.
