This training will focus on supporting youth in care to grow healthy relationships. This training will provide an overview of attachment and how attachment trauma impacts relationships. This training will discuss and explore the concept of self-soothing and how using creative tools can calm the mind and body, thus creating opportunities for building healthy connections. Through interactive, hands-on, arts-based activities, participants will discover practical techniques that promote physical and emotional regulation and develop resilience and self-compassion.
