Caregivers have an opportunity to learn and develop skills that can bring about positive change for individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. The training focuses on the role of CSEC advocates and addresses common challenges, such as working in multidisciplinary teams, maintaining confidentiality, establishing boundaries, creating advocacy plans, and handling safety scenarios effectively. Additionally, managers and leaders will gain valuable insights on how to support CSEC advocates and caregivers in an effective manner. The training also covers strategies for transitioning out of the commercial sex industry, staying away from it, safety planning, and building strong support systems.
