This course is the follow-up session for the March 30th course. This section will focus on guidelines, foundational concepts of socialization and internalization, defining what anti-racism work is and the process of dismantling white supremacy, the 4 levels of oppression and change, and cultural sharing. This 2-hour course will examine practical application of these concepts in our work in child welfare and in our communities. Participants are encouraged to bring case examples, questions, and resources related to our previous discussion to further examine the concepts covered. PLEASE REGISTER FOR AND ATTEND ALL SECTIONS OF THIS SERIES.
