This course if the follow-up session for the April 28th course. These shorter 2-hour follow-up sessions are for intentional practice in implementing concepts and questions participants are encouraged to explore. This section will focus Our social groupings (historically included and excluded identities), Intersectionality, Overt and Covert White Supremacy, Feelings and Emotional Literacy.

This 2-hour course will examine practical application of these concepts in our work in child welfare and in our communities. Participants are encouraged to bring case examples, questions, and resources related to our previous discussion to further examine the concepts covered.
