This course is for BlPOC professionals working with system involved youth and families addressing Racism. Racism is a pervasive structure replicated within the BIPOC community as a direct result of institutional racist structures within society. The main points of the training are:
- Recognize somatic response to conversations about racism, Define racism and antiracism,
- Identify racist ideas and belief held,
- Identify three antiracist ways to shift the support during challenging conversations with youth and families.
