It’s important for social service and care providers to have dialogue about internalized trauma as one can experience heightened trauma based on who they are and who their community is. This training will provide an opportunity for social service and care providers to learn how internalized trauma impacts system-involved youth and their families. Participants will also learn strategies to support youth in care experiencing internalized trauma.
