Foster Care Training

Community trauma is the cumulative effects of trauma in one’s community experiences. Given the disproportionate number of marginalized youth, it’s crucial social service and behavioral health providers to understand how community trauma impacts youth on their care plans. This training will equip care and service providers with the knowledge to better understand community trauma and strategies to support system-involved youth and families impacted by community trauma.
