Foster Care Training

Building strong relationships with families can improve children’s development and well-being. The goal of this training is to enhance collaboration across youth-serving agencies and to support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and resources to support system impacted youth. The training looks at the dynamics that develop effective collaboration among team members within a Children’s System of Care. The information will assist organizations to practice effective listening, and collaboration among team members, and discusses the importance of cultural awareness, and teamwork in order to build lasting relationships with families served.
