Foster Care Training

Provide an overview of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) that includes case management services for foster youth. ECM offers services at no cost to foster youth who are Medi-Cal members and who have complex needs and challenges. ECM makes it so that foster youth who have difficulty accessing services can improve their health. ECM for foster youth can help find care for a variety of health conditions, and a variety of health care challenges. ECM can also help foster youth experiencing placement challenges and homelessness.
