Foster Care Training

When social service providers experience resistance with system-involved youth, it can be frustrating and can easily create roadblocks with supporting them. This training will discuss why resistance occurs to better understand it and to adapt support strategies. Without understanding the resistance experienced with youth in care, providers can increase their frustration and create a further divide with youth in their care.
