Foster Care Training

“In this session, we will engage with activities, tools, and dialogue to better understand ourselves as cultural beings rather than simply “workers”. We will spend time with the following questions: How do we see ourselves and the youth through the lens of culture? How do we feed and heal ourselves as well as support the youth? and Where do we find the energy and joy to do so? We will use participant stories to deepen our learning together, introduce frameworks for sustaining the work outside of this training, and set personal intentions for the new school year.”
