Foster Care Training

Youth who are aging out of foster care face notable challenges in learning how to navigate complex systems where they may not always know their benefits. This training gives information to providers and professional about supporting youth through the transition. The modality of this training involves a panel of TAY experts who will discuss what rights and benefits transition-age youth are eligible for, and how to support TAY clients in navigating service systems. The panelists will address rights and benefits for TAY in extended foster care as well as those not currently involved with foster care.
