Foster Care Training

This training will help those supporting foster youth to better understand the impacts of learning disabilities and trauma on youth in foster care. It can be difficult to understand how best to support youth when both learning difficulties and histories of trauma are present for a youth. We will review a case example as a way to illustrate the individual impacts and consequences when both learning disability and trauma are present.
