Foster Care Training

This training offers a fresh look family-centeredness and how to apply Family-Centered Care principles when youth and/or their families are in crisis. Effective crisis planning, support and intervention builds on strengths, promotes self-efficacy and reduces risk of harm. We will pay particular attention to engaging parents, and understanding / supporting the experience of parents when a child is in crisis.
