This didactic and experiential workshop will provide a roadmap for integrating evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in the treatment of anxiety disorders. DSM-5 criteria for specific anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, panic disorder) will be reviewed and an overview of current research supporting the efficacy of combining treatment methods will be provided. Participants will also have the opportunity to support each other with practicing a variety of evidence-based treatment interventions.
