Foster Care Training

Trainer will utilize videos and written material to enhance topic. Trainer will identify risk factors foster youth possess and will discuss ways in which foster parents, therapists and social workers can ensure youth safety in their communities. Instructor also discusses common predatory techniques used by human traffickers. And ways resource parents can teach their youth awareness of human trafficking in their communities. Instructor will also discuss what parents, social workers and therapists can do if they suspect or know their child is being trafficked.
