Touchpoints is a practical approach for enhancing the competence of caregivers and building strong family child relationships from birth through the earliest years, laying the vital foundation for children’s healthy development. It is within strong families that healthy children grow, develop and are ready to succeed. The key to improving outcomes for children in care is to engage more effectively with caregivers.
