Foster Care Training

We can support teens to develop a positive sense of self; gain the confidence to take action to realize goals; and make healthier, safer relationships with peers and family.  Exposure to trauma increases the challenges of this time of transition.  We’ll spend a day exploring how creative arts activities can support adolescents in their journey from childhood to adulthood.  This training will be experiential and interactive, including art activities, discussion, case examples, and lecture based on years of clinical experience and current research.
