When we are supervising others, how do we attain and maintain clarity of our super-vision? In this six-hour training for supervisors, we will visually and verbally explore dynamics of power, perspective, and relationship. We will practice using breath, movement, visualization, play and creative process to support grounding, centering, and attunement. We’ll discuss why clear intention, attuned awareness and conscious strategies to self-regulate are crucial to a respectful and productive supervision relationship. We’ll talk some about documentation and best practices. Beginning supervisors are welcome; please be aware that you would need additional training on supervision basics to supplement this course.
