Young people have a wide range of experience when it comes to social media. For some it is a tool that bridges connection to youth around the world, helps them explore their interests, and creates a sense of belonging. For others, social media is a site of cyber bullying, exclusion, and creates feelings of anxiety and stress. Social media is a powerful tool and this workshop explores strategies and exercises for youth to find a healthy and balanced relationship with social media.
