This training uses cutting edge techniques to explore how power, privilege and oppression impact the services we provide to foster youth, with a specific focus on privilege. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own identities and how their identities impact their work and shape their use of culturally competent practices. Rather than focusing on content, this training is designed to provide the opportunity for processing and experiential learning.
