Through the course of this training, participants will gain practical psycho-social tools to shift self-identification with victim mentality into recognizing their resilient capacity for change. Participants will acknowledge as well as identify power within themselves, and how courage guides them as agents of change in difficult situations. In addition, trainees will learn techniques to increase self-awareness in order to identify feelings of disempowerment and shift them towards self-motivation and support.
