Foster Care Training

This experiential training series will introduce participants to Restorative Justice. Participants learn about conflict coaching through restorative circles, and integrate an understanding of conflict resolution and emotional intelligence principles into Restorative Justice processes. This training draws examples from Restorative Justice Practices used throughout the Bay Area in order to provide an approach that diverges from traditional punitive ways of addressing harm with youth.
