Youth in foster care often struggle to find ways of developing meaningful relationships with others and staying connected to their strengths. Resiliency, an important strength, may be something that youth have already or a strength they work to develop with the support of caregivers, service providers, or other professionals. This interactive and experiential training will be geared towards those overseeing child welfare cases in order to develop their knowledge around ways of utilizing relationships as a means of building resiliency and buffering the impact of trauma on youth and providers.
