This training will focus on the basic principles and strategies for peer mentorship in a group setting. The training will cover topics such as building rapport, creating a safe space, and praise in order to prepare staff for a peer mentor role with at-risk youth. The training will focus on developing skills which are essential to leading groups and working with at risk youth.
