This workshop is designed to examine the intersection of leadership and multiculturalism. It is guided by the belief that in order to provide effective culturally inclusive leadership/supervision, one must first understand their own cultural lens. Space will be provided to reflect on the aspects of privilege and oppression inherent in culture as well as how these lenses impact one’s leadership style. Participants will walk away with concrete tips that they can start to use to become a more culturally inclusive leader. The intended audience of this training are those who currently hold a leadership position or strive to hold such a position.
