Foster Care Training

Brief Introduction to Motivational Interviewing (MI) will provide a fast-paced, thoughtful and interactive experience with MI concepts and skills. Topics to be explored include:  importance, confidence and readiness for change; collaborating with others for change; and recognizing client talk that favors movement toward change. This workshop will provide a foundation for future learning and ideas for increased skillfulness in MI.
