Through this training you will be able to describe three ways children learn, define the ABD’s of behavior as a way of understanding the cause and effect of behavior, list the three components of measurable behavior, list guidelines for observing and describing behavior, understand the connection between past traumatic experiences and current behaviors, list examples of how children learn through natural and imposed consequences, state the differences between punishment and discipline and identify reasons for using “I feel” messages while practicing scenarios for its use.
