This training will offer advanced practical information to help participants better provide culturally inclusive, diversity informed work to youth and their families. Its focus is particularly on how to engage in the kind of rich breadth of culturally open, courageously curious dialogues necessary to go deeper in the therapeutic process. All stages of therapeutic work will be covered from conceptualization to termination. This will be an interactive training. Participants should expect to leave with a rich working model and tools for integrating diversity-informed practice into the flow of the everyday work of supporting the best outcomes for the youth that they serve.
