This training will plan to discuss the structure, purpose and importance of goal setting for youth in care. Much emphasis will center on how to help clarify and motivate resource parent participation in goal setting with their youth in care. An introduction to the aspects of the Forward to the Future booklet will be included in addition to how to tie it into the goal setting process.
