The purpose of this training is to facilitate participants’ increased self-awareness on their demeanor styles and roles in group, along with exploring how such roles shape collective group norms. Participants will expand on their relational skills by practicing techniques which address the formation of such norms in a group setting, and explore their own leadership roles in facilitating healthy group dynamics. Emphasis will be made on participants’ techniques regarding asking for support from peers as a whole.
