Foster Care Training

Participants will explore long-standing negative narratives of the self, and how using hip hop therapy can loosen identification with these stories to promote a greater sense of cohesion and well-being. Through this training, participants will be encouraged to explore their own authentic voice in written and verbal exercises to reformulate a healthy sense of self.
