Within the Family Finding and Engagement model the Blended Perspectives Meeting holds particular importance in the creation of shared agreements related to assisting foster youth. There is a specific agenda for this meeting that is different from a standard Family Team Meeting and this training will focus on how to facilitate to this agenda. The purpose of the meeting will be discussed and video of Blended Perspectives meetings will be viewed. The group will have the opportunity to conduct mock Blended Perspectives Meetings in order to learn the flow of the meeting and potential sticking points.
