This training will address how our collective beliefs shape our perception of the world and how our biology responds. The brain perceives a cultural world that influences our health, longevity, and success. Although early emotional and physical traumas taint our expectations of our future, we have an inherent resilience that can be accessed with the right mind body tools. But since traumas are learned with our thoughts and emotions in cultural contexts, we cannot resolve them with linear reasoning because they are embodied experiences that require more than intellect.
