This training is designed to prepare participants to become effective supervisors/managers. It is also designed to help participants develop strategies to handle day to day supervision, training and interactions with supervisees. The second part of this training is intended to help managers and supervisors with navigating performance challenges with staff. Tools and methods for having difficult conversations about expectations, performance, evaluations, and productivity will be introduced.
