Foster Care Training

This training for service providers will explore intersections and disparities between self-identities and others’ perceptions. Participants will examine ways that initial perceptions might impact their work at various touchpoints, including during rapport building, initial screening, case planning, and ending with youth. Collaborative group discussion will be held to explore methods of addressing cultural dynamics along these lines. Case material will be utilized.
