  1. Participants in the program will analyze discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, social power and oppression through activities and group dialogue.
  2. Participants in the program will explore a deeper understanding of one another across varying identities, as well as how their individual racial identities may be perceived and may effect their interaction with those different from them. This will be facilitated through lecture, activities, and group dialogue.
  3. Participants in the program will explore and plan ways in which they can avoid stereotyping youth performance and behavior based on racial identification or any other socialized identity.
  4. Participants in the program will be able to describe social justice frameworks as well as how to apply this thinking to their work.
