This training is intended to assist mental health providers in further developing the skills necessary to understand the role intergenerational trauma plays in family dynamics. Highlighting techniques such as creative genograms, narrative therapy, and our acknowledgement, as well as support, in unraveling family secrets will help participants facilitate the impact of trauma from one generation to the next. Participants will be able to aid in further developing familial bonds.
